Other things to consider when opening a Private Shop

  • Please do NOT set up a shop where you are likely to be killed by monsters. Opening a private shop does NOT prevent aggro monsters from attacking you. You will end up dead !!!.
  • It is best NOT to set up your private shop near a NPC. Please Note: Private shops can not be set up on top of an NPC.
  • Please do NOT afk shout when you have a private shop set up.

 !!! Please NOTE !!!

You CAN NOT hold more than 2.1 Billion in penya at anyone time. This means that the amount of penya in your inventory as well as the total possible amount of penya gained from all items selling in your private shop must not exceed 2.1 Billion (together).

Common Private Shop Scams

  • Arrow Scam:

This scam commonly involves arrows or other items which can stack and can be easily obtained from NPC's. The arrows or items are priced at a price which is higher than the npc price. It is then advertised as the whole stack being for sale at the displayed price.

To avoid this scam - Please remember: The displayed price is the price for a single unit of that item. Also Arrows can be obtained from General stores priced at 1 penya each.

  • Card Scam:

This scam commonly involves lightning or volcano Cards. The seller advertises that they are selling a 7% card for a very low price. But when in the private shop, it is a lower grade card (4% or 2%) instead of the advertised 7% card. This may also take place using piercing cards, upgraded items, accessory's, raised pets, CS items which exist in more than one duration (Azria Tickets, Full Shouts ect).

To avoid this scam - Please check item descriptions before purchasing.

  • Warm Slipper Scam:

This scam commonly involves warm slippers but may also involve other item which can be bought from NPC's. These items are then resold at a higher price.

To avoid this scam - Please learn where these items can be obtained. Warm Slippers can be obtained from the NPC Leann in Sain City
